Your inquiry details are used to respond to you.

When you submit the order-inquiry form, Sweet Sophie's receives the details you provide so the business can follow up about your request. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm availability, place an order, or process a payment.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, and optional email address.
Product type, event date, servings, occasion, and design notes.
Up to three optional inspiration images.

How it is handled

Inquiry records are stored in a dedicated private Supabase data store. Images are checked, resized, stripped of embedded metadata, and stored in a private bucket.
A notification email is sent through an email delivery provider to Megan, with a copy to the website operator for inquiry delivery support. The email includes your inquiry details and any inspiration images you provide.
A short-lived, hashed network identifier may be processed to limit spam and repeated submissions. It is not part of the inquiry record.
Details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the requested order, and meet normal business or legal needs.
